Accessibility Commitment

A campus platform is only useful if everyone on the campus can use it. CampusWay is designed to align with widely adopted accessibility best practices and to keep improving over time.

Our commitment

CampusWay is designed to align with WCAG 2.2 AA best practices across the platform. Accessibility considerations are part of our design and engineering process, not a compliance step at the end.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing investment. New features are evaluated as they ship, and existing features are revisited over time.

How we design

  • Semantic structure and landmark navigation
  • Keyboard-operable interactions across the platform
  • Screen-reader compatible components
  • Color and typography choices that support readability
  • Motion controls that respect user preferences

Working with your accessibility team

We work directly with institutional accessibility teams during procurement and after go-live. Feedback shapes our roadmap.

Where accessibility artifacts are required for procurement, we provide the latest available documentation.

This overview is maintained by CampusWay as customer-facing documentation. It describes the design intent and controls we work toward. It is not an independent audit report and does not claim certifications CampusWay has not earned.
